Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with regional and business line teams on priority pursuits, including pre-positioning and responses to RFQs/RFPs through shortlist interviews.
•Foster a culture of communication and collaboration, mentoring and coaching direct reports and proposal team members in collaboration with other proposal team leads.
•Allocate workload across the Federal portfolio and drive cross-skilling/upskilling of junior and mid-level proposal staff; manage team performance for compliant, quality deliverables.
•Lead must-win pursuits from capture through interview stage, owning schedules, templates, content plans, annotated outlines, initial drafts, compliance matrices, and executive summary/resume/past-performance writing and editing.
•Monitor and report on must-win pursuit progress and win strategies; serve as color team/compliance reviewer, facilitate reviews, and lead adoption of initiatives (including AI integration into prepositioning and proposal processes).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience).
•3+ years of people-management experience, including recruiting, developing, mentoring, and retaining talent.
•Working knowledge of the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry, with emphasis on U.S. Federal clients and pursuits.
•Proven ability to lead complex, multi-discipline and/or multi-geography proposals with values greater than $20 million.
•Excellent writing and editing capabilities, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
