Key Responsibilities

  • •Planen und Durchfuehrung realistischer Angriffs-Simulationen sowie technischer Sicherheitsueberpruefungen gegen IT-Systeme, Netzwerke und Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden
  • •Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und fachliche Fuehrung unseres Red Teams mit Fokus auf Coaching, Qualitaetssicherung und methodische Weiterentwicklung
  • •Durchfuehrung manueller Penetrationstests von internen/externen Netzwerken, AD Umgebungen und Infrastrukturkomponenten
  • •Erstellung hochwertiger Reports zu gefundenen Schwachstellen, Angriffspfaden und technischen Risiken mit praxisnahen Gegenmaßnahmen
  • •Zusammenarbeit mit Blue Teams zur Verbesserung von Erkennungs- und Abwehrstrategien sowie Teilnahme an Purple Team-Übungen

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT-Security, Cyber Security, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbares Studium
  • •Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in Offensive Security, including at least 2 years in Red Teaming projects or complex infrastructure penetration tests
  • •Hands-on experience with manual penetration testing of internal and external networks, Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory environments and infrastructure components
  • •Strong understanding of networking technologies, operating systems, authentication mechanisms, network segmentation, hardening concepts and typical enterprise infrastructures
  • •Ability to plan and execute realistic attack simulations and chain vulnerabilities into actionable attack paths, plus strong reporting skills with clear risks and remediation guidance
