Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with ISD and Configuration and Data Management to prepare and track TSCOs.
  • •Perform quality control of TSCO courseware prior to release.
  • •Maintain and update TSSC databases to track courseware project information.
  • •Prepare monthly agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and meeting materials; compose meeting minutes and correspondence.
  • •Conduct audits of baseline courseware on Learning Management Systems and coordinate SME reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year administrative degree preferred.
  • •5-7 years administrative/secretarial experience, including 3-5 years at an advanced executive level.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word.
  • •Ability to deliver oral presentations to management and customers and demonstrate excellent written skills.
  • •Eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance and able to work any shift/day as required.
