•Liaise with the kitchen about menu changes and presentations to maintain consistency.
•Control food and beverage inventory and stock levels to ensure smooth operations.

•2-3 years' full-service restaurant management experience, preferably in the UAE.
•Strong leadership to develop and motivate the team.
•Ability to maintain a warm, guest-focused environment and resolve issues promptly.
•Collaborates with the kitchen/chef on menu changes and presentation.
•Manages food and beverage inventory and stock levels.
