Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead contract and pricing negotiations for software and tools.
  • •Assist stakeholders with vendor review (BATNA) and articulate business justification.
  • •Analyze spend and cost data, including total cost of ownership (TCO).
  • •Manage review and approval of master agreements, terms, NDAs, and end user license agreements with Legal and vendors.
  • •Lead RFx processes (RFP/RFI/RFQ), including development, negotiations, and award; drive cost reduction and avoidance initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
  • •Minimum 6 years of strategic sourcing and negotiation experience.
  • •Conceptual knowledge of software licensing models.
  • •Experience procuring software/tools and corporate hardware (laptops, peripherals, etc).
  • •Experience with SaaS and on-prem software, including major OEM vendors (Microsoft, Apple, Dell).
