Job Summary

Support Lucanet’s Technical Customer Operations team by onboarding new customers and executing technical onboarding for ERP integration, ETL, and data transformations. •Comfort working with customers and engaging technical stakeholders directly.
•University degree in Computer Science, IT, Networks, or related field (or equivalent professional experience), plus clear customer communication skills in German and English.
