Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and stockroom upkeep while meeting individual and team KPIs.
