Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and sign new enterprise sales opportunities and manage relationships with existing clients.
  • •Grow top-line revenue by selling the enterprise offering, including merchant acquiring, terminals, gateways, and value-added services.
  • •Focus on target segments (Retail, Grocery, QSR, Hospitality, Mobility, Delivery) with an omnichannel, pan-CEE orientation.
  • •Cross-sell new products to existing clients and develop relationships with merchants, ISVs, and payment facilitators.
  • •Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing models and contract frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in the merchant acquiring industry.
  • •Strong understanding of payments technology, including omnichannel platforms, gateways, and terminals.
  • •Ability to manage sales deals end-to-end through the process, negotiation, and contract signature.
  • •Strong communication and negotiation skills with deal-winning focus and long-term relationship building.
  • •Fluent English and Polish (other languages advantageous) and an active driving license.
