Support and optimize CoVet’s AI-driven veterinary tools across Australia and New Zealand by tailoring templates, workflows, and language to regional needs. You will onboard enterprise customers, troubleshoot AI outputs, create practical educational content, and collaborate with medical, product, and engineering teams to drive adoption in diverse veterinary practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide AI Support, template personalization, and regional optimization for Australia and New Zealand, aligning with clinical standards and regional language preferences.
•Lead template configuration and workflow personalization for enterprise customers to ensure successful onboarding and long-term adoption.
•Provide expert user support by troubleshooting templates, prompts, AI outputs, and documentation workflows to improve confidence and adoption.
•Collaborate with Enterprise Implementation, Support, Product, Medical, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth rollouts across customer groups.
•Create engaging content (Help Center articles, guides, training materials, blog posts) to promote effective use of CoVet and support education across ANZ markets.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of professional experience as a practicing veterinarian in any veterinary specialty.
•Strong coaching and leadership skills, with a focus on professional development and team expansion.
•Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
•Experience working with AI systems, prompt creation, or prompt engineering is an advantage; formal or informal experience is welcome.
•Experience in customer support is a plus.
