Plant Manager

Lead all aspects of plant operations and maintenance, including P&L responsibility. Manage and develop a competent, well-trained staff while driving safety, environmental compliance, and policy administration. Support and execute the gas plant strategy, oversee operational performance and cost management, and manage external service providers. Maintain strong relationships with customers and the community and provide direction to achieve assigned area goals and continuous improvement.
