Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full lifecycle of new build and A&A construction projects from feasibility and design through completion and handover.
  • •Deliver projects in line with contractual, regulatory, and client requirements using project management frameworks and tools.
  • •Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, consultants, and contractors across all phases.
  • •Oversee design development and authority submissions for compliance with local codes and regulatory requirements.
  • •Administer construction contracts, manage procurement and tender packages, monitor progress and costs, and lead completion activities including commissioning and defects rectification.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience managing new build and/or A&A construction projects.
  • •Proven track record delivering building projects (e.g., corporate or mixed-use developments).
  • •Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Solid knowledge of project management tools, planning techniques, and contract administration; experience with structural modifications/retrofits is advantageous.
