Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with role-specific SHEQ obligations and follow QA, document control, archiving, and CDM guidelines.
  • •Understand BIM requirements and implement suitable BIM protocols and standards across deliverables.
  • •Coordinate and review interdisciplinary 3D BIM software models, checking and verification.
  • •Produce accurate, timely BIM drawings/models (e.g., room layouts, sections, details, coordinated services drawings) to agreed deadlines.
  • •Take ownership of project delivery tasks, maintain contact with project leads/design team, and assist senior BIM technicians with task analysis and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Engineering) or equivalent, or a vocational engineering course (or equivalent).
  • •Typically 1-4 years of experience specifically in the Communications/ICT, Security and Audio-Visual disciplines.
  • •Developing 3D Revit skills with high-level drafting and detailing capability.
  • •High level use and understanding of design software to undertake key technical tasks independently.
  • •Working toward engineering registration within the jurisdiction and working knowledge of systems, procedures, and risk management practices.
