  • •Provide expert assistance to customers’ DBA teams by gathering relevant data and investigating database issues.
  • •Deliver detailed, digestible incident analyses via email, instant message, or voice, and lead screen-sharing for production-impacting issues.
  • •When not actively resolving issues, author blog posts for the open-source community.
  • •Answer questions on the forum and create articles in the customer-facing knowledge base.
  • •Host webinars and other community-facing materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on knowledge of MySQL and InnoDB.
