Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.

  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train employees; ensure progression path training and certification processes are executed.
  • •Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives, including health and safety and loss prevention compliance.
