Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Tier 3 technical support for IAM incidents, requests, application integrations, and ongoing system maintenance.
  • •Serve as an IAM subject matter expert for user directories, authentication, and provisioning services including Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, OKTA, LDAP, and auto-provisioning.
  • •Configure and administer IAM systems and SSO-related services across the enterprise, collaborating with peer service areas and global technology owners.
  • •Support PKI and certificate authority activities and ensure IAM systems comply with NTT DATA Americas security policies and standards.
  • •Support and evolve global identity setups (including SAML/ADFS/OKTA and MFA), convert applications from acquisitions to enterprise systems, and automate with PowerBuilder/PowerShell.

Key Requirements

  • •Act as a subject matter expert across user directories and authentication/provisioning services, including Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, OKTA, and LDAP.
  • •Experience configuring and administering IAM capabilities such as SSO-related services, Azure App Proxy, Conditional Access, InTune, and enterprise application integrations.
  • •Ability to work with PKI and certificate authority concepts for global and regional areas.
  • •Capability to provide Tier 3 engineering support for resolving incidents, requests, application integrations, and IAM system maintenance.
  • •Hands-on scripting/automation experience using PowerBuilder and PowerShell.
