Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the BI platform as a product: define users, maintain a prioritized roadmap, and drive adoption.
  • •Run intake and prioritization using a visible queue with criteria and published trade-offs; translate stakeholder needs into trusted metrics.
  • •Deliver multi-team programs across source migrations, tool rollouts, and ACO/quality reporting cycles; manage dependencies, vendors, and rollout/training.
  • •Own the warehouse/lakehouse and BI layer end to end, including ingestion, transformation, and a semantic model defining key terms consistently.
  • •Personally build key dashboards and analytics, and evaluate and deploy conversational analytics grounded in the semantic foundation with appropriate guardrails.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in analytics, analytics engineering, or BI, owning a data platform end to end.
  • •3+ years experience running analytics as a product, measured on adoption while arbitrating stakeholder demands.
  • •3+ years healthcare analytics experience in post-acute/senior care operations (e.g., census, occupancy, length of stay, provider productivity).
  • •Hands-on work with clinical and EHR data, including interoperability feeds (HL7v2, FHIR, ADT, CCD/C-CDA) and value-based care/quality analytics (ACO, Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment, HCC, readmissions).
  • •Practical experience handling PHI under HIPAA, including access control, de-identification, and audit requirements.
