Join a TI FAST program designed to prepare Technical Sales Associates for customer-oriented careers that combine technical knowledge with business impact. After the program, you’ll transition into Technical Sales Representative roles focused on identifying projects, managing leads, and planning revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete an 8-month Technical Sales track with three rotations: Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing.
•Learn TI’s sales process by partnering with customers and internal teams to uncover and win customer opportunities.
•Practice scalable selling techniques, leveraging TI resources and automation while supporting direct customer interactions.
•Gain hands-on understanding of product lifecycles and the business/SEM role in TI’s selling model.
•Upon completion, transition into Technical Sales Representative responsibilities including identifying projects, managing leads and customer commercial aspects, and developing and monitoring annual revenue growth plans.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field.
•Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and oral communication skills.
•Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes, with strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Education:Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
