Job Summary

Support the MENA non-mature agency partnership pipeline by driving high-volume outreach and lead conversion for TikTok LIVE. Execute daily cold calls, WhatsApp and email follow-ups, qualify prospects, and guide qualified leads through onboarding to successful registration. Deliver recruitment presentations and webinars, maintain accurate CRM and recruitment tracker data, generate weekly reports, and collaborate with the onboarding team and AMs to keep the pipeline healthy.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute high-volume daily outreach via cold calls, WhatsApp, and email to generate and qualify new TCN leads.
•Guide qualified leads through onboarding from initial contact to successful TCN registration, including lead qualification and supporting AMs in closing.
•Deliver structured recruitment presentations and help run online webinars or on-ground workshops; prepare and update presentation materials.
•Maintain accurate recruitment tracker and CRM records daily, logging outreach activity and conversion outcomes and flagging data issues.
•Support AMs and coordinate with the onboarding team; assist with ad-hoc projects, reporting, and process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•Full-time availability for 4–6 months starting June 2026 in Dubai.
•Fluent in Arabic and English.
•Strong cold calling and presentation skills, with confidence communicating to candidates.
•Detail-oriented and organized with strong Excel and CRM data management skills.
