Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer in implementing the quality management system at site per the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
  • •Prepare and monitor work inspection requests (WIRs) and ensure inspection and test plans, method statements, and test plans are submitted to the consultant as per the approved ITP plan.
  • •Check incoming materials against project specifications and approved material submittals; inspect internally and raise NCR to suppliers for substandard materials.
  • •Maintain document control by ensuring all approved consultant documents are distributed through the document control system; ensure logs and test results are available per the testing matrix.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, contribute to incident reporting and resolution, and maintain quality records for weekly progress meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of working experience, with 3 years of relevant experience in QA/QC.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS), including implementing quality procedures on construction sites.
  • •Knowledge of quality standards, specifications, and systems such as ISO 9001, QCS, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal) or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE); bachelor’s degree in a related field or Civil Engineering.
