Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain settlement contract terms, reconciliation SOPs, dispute resolution frameworks, and cooperation standards.
  • •Build and continuously monitor LSP reconciliation and payment dashboards, perform benchmarking across similar LSPs, and drive anomaly resolution and continuous improvement.
  • •Design and optimize end-to-end settlement processes for business scenarios and operational requirements.
  • •Collaborate with Product and R&D to deliver system capabilities such as rate card management, bill structure standardization, reconciliation workflows, automated quotation, and fund closed-loop capabilities.
  • •Identify settlement risk exposures, implement monitoring/early-warning mechanisms, and optimize billing and settlement strategies using data insights to improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • •5+ years of experience in settlement, reconciliation, billing, or financial operations within logistics, e-commerce, technology, or related industries.
  • •2+ years of team management experience.
  • •Familiarity with settlement process design, contract terms, billing rules, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.
  • •Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
