Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently execute red-team designs, models, and analyses across the program to hunt failure modes and unmodeled assumptions before decisions lock in.
  • •Develop or contribute to models and simulations to prove or break claims, including building analysis tooling when needed.
  • •Reconstruct and independently verify others’ work to identify errors others missed.
  • •Work cross-functionally with Systems, GNC, Software, Hardware, Mission Ops, and Test teams and translate findings into actionable guidance.
  • •Apply hands-on systems-building experience so problems are caught during analysis rather than in flight, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.

  • •Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • •Hands-on track record designing/building and analyzing real engineering systems.
  • •Demonstrated ability to find problems others miss (failure analysis, adversarial review, or independent verification).
  • •Proven track record independently owning and executing deliverables with little to no management.
  • •Proficiency with physics-math scripting (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, Python with numpy/scipy) and strong engineering communication, including visual presentation of complex data.
