Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project lifecycle to ensure on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
  • •Develop and manage project governance plans, schedules, milestones, team goals, success criteria, budgets, and action plans.
  • •Own budget and timeline performance, issue management, risk management, decisions, and adjust constraints based on financial analysis.
  • •Lead requirements gathering sessions, collaborate on governance sign-off, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and deliverables (including design documentation and user test plans).
  • •Manage client and stakeholder relationships, serve as an escalation point post-go-live, track customer satisfaction KPIs, and troubleshoot customer concerns; collaborate with delivery teams and support operations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field (plus).
  • •Extensive experience in a customer-facing role.
  • •Significant experience managing large, technical projects in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Proven project management skills with PMP certification (or at minimum CAPM).
  • •Working knowledge of highly available architectures, computer security, telephony, and networking; experience deploying systems in an International Telco or Government domain.
