Project Controller - Cost Management

Develop, implement, and maintain cost control and related planning/scheduling for complex projects. Partner with project teams and financial systems to produce cost data, baseline budgets, and progress/cost trend analysis. Support earned value methodology, earned value and forecasting inputs, contractor invoice review participation, and tracking of labor/manpower, purchase orders, and subcontract commitments. Report project cost performance through scheduled reviews and project reporting processes.
