Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the team of Alternatives Investment & Operations System Innovation & automation.
  • •Support systems across capabilities and develop the roadmap with key vendors for current and future core systems, supporting the Operations Director and Alternatives Operations team globally.
  • •Collaborate with Information Technology and business teams to implement system enhancements and new solutions.
  • •Support Alternatives core system engagement for third-party vendors across hedge funds, private markets, private credit, and real assets.
  • •Manage and analyze large data sets, including collection, cleaning, mapping, anomaly detection, and development/maintenance of data models, databases, and reporting systems; present findings clearly.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualification, preferably in Finance, with 7 to 14 years’ experience.
  • •Experience with database management systems and managing/cleaning/mapping data before ingestion.
  • •Experience with data visualization tools and statistical analysis tools.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly with clients, investors, and colleagues with professionalism.
  • •Effective project management, organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to consolidate complex business information and work to deadlines.
