Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inbound and outbound material movements.
  • •Produce shipping and production order reports and coordinate with operations to ensure timely completion.
  • •Monitor and disseminate barge, truck, rail, and packaging orders to terminal operations and fleet departments.
  • •Update order and drumming activity into inventory and accounting systems and manage customer inventory for bulk and packaged materials.
  • •Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries/concerns, support inventory reconciliations, and assist with emergency response as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in customer service.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft applications (Explorer, Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, and Power Point).
  • •Good organization and communication skills.
  • •Must pass and complete Safety training and any required Kinder Morgan site-specific safety training.
  • •Must obtain and/or meet all requirements to obtain and maintain a Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC).
