Key Responsibilities

  • •Support company safety procedures with a focus on zero injuries.
  • •Actively support the ConAgra Performance System (CPS) and continuous improvement activities.
  • •Follow chemical safety protocols and report non-conformance to management.
  • •Use hand tools to sweep, scrub, mop, and dust designated areas; maintain cleanliness of wellness areas, offices, hallways, and exterior grounds.
  • •Record housekeeping activities/issues, obtain/replace supplies as needed, and troubleshoot/adjust dispensing units. Coordinate with associates and work required overtime.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • •Preferred: experience working in a food processing or packaging environment.

  • •Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (sit, stand, walk, climb stairs; bend/stoop; twist).
