Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish early budgets, early estimating, and cost planning for data centre projects.
  • •Manage tendering and procurement, including pre-qualification stage activities.
  • •Deal with post-contract cost variances and change control processes, ensuring timely and accurate cost checking and valuations.
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to the client.
  • •Interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages, supporting feasibility studies and procurement reporting; where appropriate, lead a cost management team and negotiate final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • •Proven track record delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Experience leading cost management commissions for large, highly complex construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction industry technical matters.
  • •Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and work as a team player.
