Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and support a team of approximately 8 Project Controls professionals across business intelligence, reporting, planning, scheduling, and cost management.
  • •Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and technical support to ensure clear priorities, delivery expectations, and performance standards.
  • •Support workload allocation, capacity planning, utilization visibility, and resource prioritization; escalate risks impacting delivery.
  • •Oversee quality and consistency of key Project Controls deliverables, including peer reviews, quality checks, governance standards, and reporting requirements.
  • •Support Project Managers and portfolio stakeholders with project performance insights, reporting outputs, cost and schedule information, and data-driven recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of applied Project Controls experience within AECOM and/or external organizations.
  • •Strong experience in at least one core Project Controls discipline (Planning/Scheduling, Cost Management, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Forecasting, or Performance Management).
  • •Good working knowledge across multiple Project Controls disciplines, including dependencies between cost, schedule, reporting, forecasting, governance, and performance.
  • •Experience providing technical guidance, coaching, training, or informal leadership to colleagues or junior team members.
