Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED, plus two (2) years of power systems, battery technologies, and/or electronics experience (including relevant coursework/internship).
  • •Current, unrestricted driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record; designated as a Regular Driver.
  • •Pass customer entrance requirements as needed, including periodic background checks and drug screenings.
  • •Daily travel to customer sites is required using an Eaton-provided fleet vehicle; provide support outside the immediate region within the USA for at least three (3) weeks per quarter.
  • •Ability to perform physical tasks including assisted lifting/carrying 50+ lbs. and extended standing, climbing, squatting, bending, kneeling, and long-distance driving.
