Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage end-to-end execution of M&A transactions across due diligence, pre-close, and post-merger integration.
  • •Lead cross-functional internal and external teams to deliver integration activities and remove roadblocks to successful outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in information technology, enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS), cloud platforms, and familiarity with enterprise architecture.
