Job Summary

Join the TikTok Engineering Test Team to support quality assurance for Search Large Language Model (LLM) initiatives and large-model application scenarios. Key Responsibilities

•Participate in quality assurance for TikTok’s Search LLM initiatives and assist in building quality systems for large model applications.
•Develop tools for the test team across all testing phases during the AI transformation.
•Work on quality and efficiency special projects for LLMs, including change control, automated testing, search effectiveness evaluation, and LLM security.
•Investigate optimization suggestions for existing quality/efficiency pain points and help implement improvements to delivery quality and efficiency.
•Track cutting-edge technologies related to large models and AIGC, explore new QA/efficiency solutions, and iterate continuously.

Key Requirements

•Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields (internship duration no less than 3 months).
•Understand basic software engineering and testing processes, and have knowledge of common testing methods and tools.
•Proficient in at least one programming language among Python/Go/Java/C++; experience developing automated testing scripts or tools is preferred.
•Strong learning ability, innovation awareness, and willingness to try new technologies and solve complex problems in practice.
•Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure business quality.
