Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end mixed-methods research initiatives, from problem framing and hypothesis development through analysis, validation, and recommendations.
  • •Use quantitative approaches (statistical analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and modeling) to identify trends, measure impact, and evaluate interventions.
  • •Apply qualitative methods (user research, case analysis, stakeholder interviews, ecosystem research) to understand behaviors, motivations, and emerging risks.
  • •Develop measurement frameworks for safety outcomes, policy effectiveness, enforcement quality, and user impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience applying qualitative research methods to understand human behavior and complex systems.
  • •Ability to combine multiple evidence sources into holistic, actionable recommendations.
