Lead Product Analyst - Operations

Lead analytics for Wise’s operations teams, partnering with operational leads and functions like workforce management, quality, training, and knowledge management. Build forecasting and capacity models, own data pipelines, and develop predictive models and cause-and-effect analysis to optimize KYC operations. Track KPIs, implement target-setting frameworks, and standardize processes across forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operations using SQL (Snowflake), Python/R, and visualization tools like Looker, Superset, or Tableau.
