Job Summary

Lead partnerships for TikTok’s News publishers, building executive relationships and driving incremental content growth. Use data to analyze publisher performance, identify blockers, and deliver strategic recommendations that improve partner ROI. Co-manage publisher content portfolios with cross-functional teams (Product, Creator, Ad Sales, Business Development), while translating partner needs into scalable strategies, narratives, and programs. Report into the Head of Publisher, News team.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify emerging content areas and align cross-functional stakeholders to build approaches that drive business goals and scaled partner impact.
•Translate partner (publisher) business needs into opportunities for incremental growth and product innovation.
•Use data to identify blockers, propose solutions, and clearly interpret key Content Operations metrics.
•Develop and execute central content strategy and relationship management for partner stakeholders.
•Co-manage publishers’ content portfolio with Product, Creator, Ad Sales, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to execute publisher strategy.

Key Requirements

•Experience across media, data, partnerships, and strategy, including working with product teams.
•Deep understanding of Content Operations metrics and measurements with strong analytical, reporting, and data storytelling abilities.
•Strong capability working with industry stakeholders and cross-functional teams to steer complex projects.
•Ability to articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and kick off projects aligned to business priorities.
•Creative partnership approach; ability to sell TikTok’s value proposition and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
