Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise accounts receivable collections for multiple sales centers within a specified region.
  • •Analyze aging reports and customer accounts to determine required follow-up actions.
  • •Independently review and document customer contact attempts, payments, and related information in credit notes.
  • •Ensure follow-up calls are made daily for accounts with payment commitments or plans, including reminders and correspondence.
  • •Work with the Division Credit Manager on collection approach for non-payment accounts, negotiate payment schedules, and complete required paperwork to maximize collections.

Key Requirements
