•Lead the team in roadmapping and executing the development of significant features and products, upholding a high technical bar while making pragmatic tradeoffs
•Improve the pace of execution of the team through leadership and technical guidance
•Be responsible for growing the team, including identifying needs, evaluating candidates, and hiring high impact team members
•Up-level the team on reliability to reduce incidents and improve incident management hygiene
•Foster growth of team members and maintain high engagement and motivation
