Key Responsibilities

  • •Support deployment and configuration of cloud POS, RFID, traffic counting, mobile devices, and payment terminals while meeting store standards.
  • •Provide operational support for production systems, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement for retail technology environments.
  • •Administer endpoint environments across iOS, Windows, and macOS using Intune and Jamf, and support Entra ID (Azure AD) Conditional Access policies.
  • •Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS requirements and follow security/compliance guidelines when managing devices, systems, and configurations in partnership with InfoSec.
  • •Contribute to project execution using Agile/Scrum (sprint planning, backlog updates, deliverable tracking) and support pilot-to-scale rollouts globally, using AI-enabled tools to improve insights and issue triage responsibly.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with Windows scripting (PowerShell; VBS in production environments).
  • •Experience administering endpoint management platforms (Intune, Jamf) across iOS, Windows, and macOS.
  • •Familiarity with Entra ID / Azure AD and Conditional Access policies for device and identity management.
  • •Foundational understanding of PCI-DSS and secure device/configuration practices in store technology environments.
  • •Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and cross-functional delivery coordination.
