Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare materials for demand planning (PSI) and business update meetings to support decisions on supply and demand issues
  • •Perform demand planning to improve return-to-forecast logic and provide sales/production visibility
  • •Analyze supply chain problems by planning mid-to-long-term demand and resources to establish optimal supply
  • •Manage supply with lead time considerations to prevent and manage aging stock in conjunction with sales
  • •Develop automation solutions and use data analytics/programming to enhance forecasting models and optimize inventory management

Key Requirements

  • •+3 years of experience in supply chain management, including managing and developing direct reports
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business management or related study (preferred)
  • •Advanced Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • •Ability to leverage large language model (LLM) tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) and apply data analysis, machine learning, or process automation (highly desirable)
