Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the CEO’s calendar end to end, sequencing priorities, protecting focus time, anticipating conflicts, and exercising sound judgment.
  • •Coordinate complex internal and external scheduling with the CEO’s Stanford team, including meetings, press, speaking engagements, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Plan and coordinate meetings, travel, events, and logistics end to end with appropriate context and follow-through.
  • •Build a lightweight operating system for priorities, open loops, follow-ups, and key commitments to keep work moving forward.
  • •Triage and manage the CEO’s inbox, capture decisions and action items, drive follow-through, and provide discreet personal assistance when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years supporting c-suite, founder, or similarly high-profile leaders in a fast-paced startup environment.
