Learning Branch Personal Banker (Mentor/Trainer)

Serve as a Personal Banker in a Learning Branch while primarily focusing on on-site training, mentoring, and modeling for new retail banking associates. You’ll build and expand customer relationships through outbound calling, support standard branch transactions (including deposits, check cashing, and account maintenance), and collaborate with internal partners such as small business, mortgage, and private wealth teams to help customers achieve financial goals.
