Tasting Room Associate/Server- Booker Wines

Maintain Booker and My Favorite Neighbor tasting room standards for cleanliness, organization, and readiness for opening and closing. Present, pour, and educate guests on selected wines, lead tours, and share the winery and family story. Keep the facility stocked and facilities tidy, operate POS and WineDirect accurately, and actively promote wine sales, events, and tours while providing strong customer service.
