  • •2+ years of experience working with graphics tools and software (e.g., D3.js, R, JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, GIS, and 3-D modeling software).
  • •Interest in data visualization, cartography, or other forms of visual journalism and the skills to start producing work in these areas.
  • •Skill in interface design and information graphic design.
  • •Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator) or tools like Figma, plus a portfolio of news graphics or interactive visualizations.
