Key Responsibilities

•Guide clients in understanding how to establish optimal commercial approaches throughout the asset lifecycle.
•Translate a client’s vision into effective and realistic commercial solutions, including incentivisation.
•Deploy and/or optimise commercial management strategies, processes, tools, and systems, tailoring methodologies to client needs.
•Proactively connect and collaborate with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams internally and externally.
•Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders and support change management.

Key Requirements

•Commercial understanding across infrastructure, defence and/or energy and natural resources markets.
•Awareness of the commercial lifecycle and its support for clients.
•Ability to operate within large-scale, complex environments and deliver projects in commercial/transformational settings.
•Familiarity with construction industry context, models and regulations (e.g., Construction Playbook, Project 13).
•Experience leading multiple projects with quality deliverables and strong communication skills.
