Advise Circle’s global capital markets business on complex crypto and institutional transactions, partnering with business development and cross-functional deal teams. Structure, draft, and negotiate exchange, market maker, liquidity, collateral, and tokenized collateral agreements, while supporting go-to-market efforts for Arc. Build contract templates and contracting workflows, provide practical legal guidance as crypto markets evolve, and ensure stakeholders are aligned across legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting implications.
