Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety by enforcing EHS policies/procedures, supporting required safety training, and leading/participating in corrective actions for safety incidents.
  • •Provide shift leadership to meet and exceed safety, service, quality, productivity, cost, and inventory control goals through recognition of performance.
  • •Drive operational improvements to increase employee engagement, improve quality, minimize scrap, and increase productivity.
  • •Ensure execution of standard operating procedures, standard work, quality standards, cycle counts, and safety/housekeeping audits, including technical problem solving.
  • •Oversee daily team activities including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, and supporting Enterprise Lean Sigma (ELS) continuous improvement and Kaizen events.
