Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain responsibility for one or several store sections by keeping displays organized and adhering to company standards.
  • •Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone, and process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
  • •Cover key Head Cashier/Deputy Cashier responsibilities in their absence, including opening/closing cash desk procedures.
  • •Ensure store housekeeping and stockroom standards are maintained, including tidy cash desk areas and organized stockroom.
  • •Maintain health and safety standards by managing risks and communicating with senior management in case of accidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in fashion retail and/or outstanding customer service experience.
  • •Strong cash handling ability to manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • •Knowledge of retail operational standards and compliance requirements.
  • •Strong literacy and numerical skills with a passion for fashion.
  • •Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work varied hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
