Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct teams of electrical engineers in completing custom military electrical hardware design and verification.
•Oversee planning, budgeting, and internal/external design reviews for projects.
•Coordinate cross-functional team activities, issue resolution, and risk/opportunity management across the program.
•Present to internal and external stakeholders, including management and customers, to communicate progress and decisions.
•Ensure adherence to design standards and integrate inputs from multiple sources to derive design and operational requirements.

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
