Job Summary

Supervise construction site work by coordinating with the site general foreman, chargehands, and labor teams to keep activities running smoothly. Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines while managing crews, monitoring progress, and resolving issues or delays. Enforce safety regulations, conduct regular worksite inspections to meet quality standards, and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers and support HSE initiatives aligned with company policies and IMS.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
•Manage crews by assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and resolving conflicts or performance issues.
•Monitor progress and productivity on site, identifying and addressing issues or delays.
•Enforce safety regulations and promote a safety culture; support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.
•Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant experience and 2 years GCC experience as a plus.
•Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance.
•Ability to lead and motivate construction crews, delegate tasks, and provide clear direction to achieve project objectives.
•Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures to create a safe work environment and prevent accidents or injuries.
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required.
