Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary point of contact for one or more Northern Trust clients within the segment and manage client and partner queries/issues.
  • •Prepare and present KPI and service level reporting to internal stakeholders and third parties.
  • •Represent Northern Trust in service and change discussions related to Fund accounting, Financial Reporting, and Expenses.
  • •Coordinate service reviews, due diligence, and client presentations; support senior management with escalations and progress updates.
  • •Build and continuously develop the EMEA Fund Services operating model, including governance of operational processes and continuous service quality improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Third-level education in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, finance, economics or similar).
  • •Operational experience, preferably in a Fund Accounting role.
  • •Client focus skills with strong communication and responsiveness.
  • •Fund Accounting industry and regulatory knowledge.
  • •Ability to plan and organize work, work under pressure, and resolve complex issues to deadlines.
