Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design and execution of end-to-end testing across multi-system, integrated digital journeys.
  • •Coordinate integration testing across APIs, events, workflows, and external supplier systems, ensuring data and process integrity.
  • •Develop automated API and integration tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines; maintain reusable regression suites.
  • •Implement contract testing and service virtualisation; oversee non-functional testing for performance, security, usability, and accessibility.
  • •Lead and mentor QA Analysts, embed continuous improvement across QA tooling and processes, and support release planning and test environment coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years' experience in software testing or QA engineering within digital or cloud environments.
  • •Proven QA leadership or senior QA responsibility experience.
  • •Strong experience across functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
  • •Hands-on automation experience with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Robot Framework.
  • •Working knowledge of SQL, JSON, and XML, plus experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
